You can move from Free to a paid plan at any time. To move between paid plans or back to Free, cancel your subscription: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then choose again. To switch sooner, email support@analyticmiles.com.
Each plan counts the campaigns you ran in the last 30 days. When you reach the limit, new campaigns wait until the oldest one in that window is more than 30 days old, and the app shows the date. Your shortlists, outreach and history stay available, and you can move to a larger plan at any time.
When a paid plan ends, your account moves to Free. Your campaigns, shortlists, outreach history and creator notes stay in your account; paid features such as sending outreach stop. You can download any campaign as a PDF from its results page.
Yes. Every creator is a real, public Instagram account. Analytic Miles searches its creator index for your category and follower tier, and searches Instagram itself when the index is short — on every plan, including Free. Paid plans search wider. Each creator shows where its numbers came from and when.
Creator search covers Instagram. Outreach drafts work for email and manual Instagram DMs. On Pro and Growth you can send email from Analytic Miles, and when a creator replies, Analytic Miles drafts a response for you to approve.
No — GST (18%) is added at checkout on top of the listed price. Your invoice will show the base amount and GST separately. We issue proper GST invoices for all paid plans.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied. After that, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Contact support@analyticmiles.com.
Yes — each campaign is for one brand, but you can run campaigns for different brands under the same account. The Growth plan's team workspace lets up to 5 people work on the same campaigns.
