1. About Analytic Miles
Analytic Miles ("we", "us", "our") is an influencer marketing platform for brands in India. It finds content creators for a campaign brief, scores each creator with an automated scoring model, and uses AI language models to draft campaign strategy, outreach messages and suggested deal terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Analytic Miles website at analyticmiles.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use Analytic Miles you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and the authority to accept these Terms for the business you use the Service for
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@analyticmiles.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Service Plans & Usage Limits
Free plan: up to 3 campaigns in any rolling 30 days, with the features listed on the pricing page.
Pro and Growth plans: paid subscriptions with the campaign limits, creators per campaign and features listed on the pricing page when you subscribe. Campaign limits count the campaigns completed in a rolling 30-day window.
Team workspaces: a Growth plan workspace holds up to 5 members. Members work under the workspace owner's plan and share one campaign limit.
We may change plans, features and prices. A price change does not apply to a subscription that is already active; it applies when you next subscribe. We will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what an active paid plan includes.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Payment: paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Plan and billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then. Your account then moves to the Free plan.
- Changing plan: to move between paid plans, cancel and subscribe again when the period ends, or email support@analyticmiles.com and we will arrange the change.
- Refunds: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund that payment in full. After that, payments for the current billing period are not refundable.
- Taxes: prices are shown in Indian rupees. Any GST that applies is shown on the pricing page and on your invoice.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails and the subscription is halted, your account moves to the Free plan.
5. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy
Analytic Miles uses automated scoring and artificial intelligence to rank creators and to draft strategy, outreach and deal suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- Scores, reasons and drafts are provided to support your decisions and may not be accurate
- Creator data (such as follower counts and engagement) comes from publicly available information and may be out of date; each creator shows where its data came from and when
- You are solely responsible for checking a creator's details before entering into any commercial agreement
- Analytic Miles does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or fitness of any creator for your campaign
6. Creators, Outreach & the Marketplace
- You are responsible for every message you send to a creator through the Service, including following applicable advertising disclosure rules such as the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising in India.
- You must stop contacting a creator who asks you not to contact them.
- Creators who claim a profile or apply to a campaign in the marketplace are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit.
- Analytic Miles is not a party to any agreement between a brand and a creator, and does not hold or transfer payments between them.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Analytic Miles only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited bulk messages to creators
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform in bulk
- Use the Service to run campaigns that promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
- Circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or security measures
- Use the platform to break applicable advertising standards or regulations
- Input false, misleading, or defamatory campaign briefs into the system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
8. Campaign Data & Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all campaign briefs, brand information, and inputs you provide to the Service.
Our outputs: Campaign results, creator shortlists, scores and drafts produced by the Service are licensed to you for your business use. You may not resell or redistribute these outputs as a standalone product.
Our platform: All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and branding of Analytic Miles are our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
Analytic Miles uses the following service providers to deliver the Service:
- Clerk — sign-in and account management
- Supabase — database
- Vercel — hosting
- n8n — running the campaign workflow
- OpenAI — AI language models for strategy, outreach and reply drafts
- Apify — collecting public Instagram profile data for paid-plan searches
- Razorpay — payments and invoices
- Resend — email, including outreach you send
- WATI — WhatsApp messages, only once WhatsApp sending is switched on
Our Privacy Policy explains what data each one receives. We are not responsible for the actions or data practices of third-party providers beyond what applicable law requires of us.
10. Privacy & Data
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. It includes how creators can have their profile removed from our index.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- Recommended creators will result in successful campaign outcomes
- Creator contact information or engagement data will be accurate or up to date
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANALYTIC MILES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@analyticmiles.com. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first so that it does not renew.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
